These Terms govern your use of skilloras.com and the Skilloras apps (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

2. Your account

Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account.

3. Listings and trades

Skilloras is a platform that connects members; we are not a party to any trade, employment, or service agreement between members. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, for delivering what you offer, and for complying with local laws, taxes, and licensing.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

• Illegal goods or services, weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit items.
• Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or threats.
• Spam, scraping, automated access, or circumventing plan limits.
• Misleading job postings or fake resumes.

5. Plans and billing

Starter is free. Pro and Max renew monthly until cancelled. Plan limits (visibility, AI messages, listings, job posts) are described on the Pricing page and may be updated with notice. Refunds are provided where required by law.

6. AI features

AI Search & Chat and on-device AI chat may produce inaccurate results. Verify important details before relying on them.

7. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your content and grant Skilloras a licence to display it within the Service. Skilloras and its logo are our trademarks.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Skilloras is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
